What was the highlight of B&B Hotel Firenze Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio
Excellent location, comfortable place with nice views and very helpful staff.
The location is excellent, right at the foot of Ponte Vecchio. Considering the age of the building and being on the historical center, we had a nicely sized room. If you are a late sleeper or have an issue getting adjusted to the time difference, the room is quite noise isolated (it is a very busy area and we did not feel much noise) and the shades are quite good also. There is a very nice view from the terrace and restaurant areas as well a nice lobby/resting area on the first floor. The staff was very attentive and helpful as well.
It is not much to say we didn't like it but, at least on our room, had a very high access to the bathtub making it prone to hit some parts of the vanity or even falling, while we could get around it an older couple may have issues.

overall a good location when traveling
staff was very nice, breakfast was very good. right in town, easy to walk to different things.
there was a sewer smell when we arrived. they cleaned room. seems to be a problem all over Florence. they don't supply kleenex only toilet paper. might be a europe thing.

Perfect location and comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was varied and I was happy to have the plant based milk option. Great view too.

Was cold at night and the thermostats were tricky to use. A second blanket in the room would have helped.
